What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, city, cemetery name, monument preferences, inscription text and any photograph you upload for etching.

Why we collect it

To prepare your quote, produce your memorial and submit the cemetery application on your behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Marketing consent

We only send marketing email if you tick the consent box, which is separate from your quote request. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message.

How long we keep it, and where

Quote requests are kept for seven years to support the material guarantee, then deleted. Records are held in Canada where possible; some email and hosting providers store data on servers outside Canada, which means it may be subject to the laws of that country.
