A page that lives on the stone
Each monument carries a small engraved QR code. Scan it at the graveside and a memorial page opens: the life story, photographs, family and tributes, kept by the family and easy to share with those who cannot visit. The code is permanent and never needs re-cutting, even as the page grows.

Order to graveside
How it works
Eight to twelve weeks, and here is exactly where that time goes.
- 01Week 1
Stone selection
We meet, or talk by phone, and you choose the granite colour, finish and shape. We confirm the cemetery's by-laws for that section.
- 02Weeks 1–2
Design and proof approval
You receive a scaled drawing with your inscription, lettering style and any artwork. Nothing is cut until you approve it in writing.
- 03Weeks 3–6
Cutting and shaping
The block is cut, shaped and polished at our quarry partner's works in India.
- 04Weeks 6–8
Engraving and finishing
Lettering is sandblasted, laser-etched or hand carved, then gold leaf or paint is applied and sealed.
- 05Weeks 8–12
Export and delivery
The monument ships to a Canadian port, clears customs, and is delivered to your chosen location. We coordinate with the cemetery team so the setting goes smoothly.

Cemeteries across Canada require written pre-approval before a monument is delivered or set. Every province regulates the trade differently, and each cemetery sets its own by-laws on height, width, base size and foundation depth. From documentation to cemetery coordination, we take care of the necessary details to make the installation process smooth and worry-free.

Monument design, inscription, transportation, and delivery to your chosen location. We also coordinate with the cemetery team to help ensure a smooth, stress-free installation.
Most memorials are installed 8 to 12 weeks after you approve the proof. Custom carving and mausoleums take longer, and we tell you the date before you pay a deposit.
Yes. We can design and produce the monument while the plot is settled. The cemetery application is only submitted once the section and plot number are confirmed.
Ground frost stops most settings across Canada from about December to March, and later in the north. Winter orders are produced over the cold months and installed as soon as the ground opens, usually in April.
Monuments travel crated in sea containers, insured door to door. If a piece arrives damaged we replace it at our cost. You never pay twice.
Half on approval of the proof, the balance when the monument is installed and you have seen it in place.
We operate online to keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our clients. From design to delivery and cemetery coordination, we personally manage every step — providing the care and service of a traditional showroom, without the added cost.
Rinse with clean water and a soft cloth once or twice a year. No acid, no pressure washer, no wire brush. Our written material guarantee covers the granite itself.

We source blocks straight from quarries in southern India, where the granite used for memorials across the world is cut. Our carvers shape, polish and engrave each stone at the works before it is crated and shipped.
From our base in London, Ontario, we handle customs, cemetery coordination and delivery ourselves, anywhere in Canada, and assist with the setting. Buying direct from the source is what keeps the price honest.
