Proofs

Nothing is cut or engraved until you approve a scaled drawing in writing. Please check spelling and dates carefully; recutting after approval is charged at cost.

Payment

Half on proof approval, the balance once the monument is installed and you have seen it in place. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Delivery and installation

Timelines assume cemetery approval is granted and the ground is workable. Settings normally run April to November because of ground frost.

Material guarantee

The granite itself is guaranteed against cracking, flaking and colour loss for the lifetime of the memorial. Shipping damage is covered in full and replaced at our cost. The guarantee does not cover vandalism, ground movement caused by the cemetery, or damage from acid cleaners or pressure washing.
